How It Works

You choose the time and location. We handle the charging.

Choose an available charging window in the ConciEnergy app and confirm where your vehicle will be parked.

Our mobile charging vehicle arrives at the predetermined time and location and confirms safe access to your EV.

If required, you receive a notification to remotely unlock or authorize access to the charging port. Access is limited to what is required for charging, and we do not enter the passenger cabin.

A trained operator connects professional DC charging equipment, monitors power delivery throughout the session, and records charging data from connection to completion.

When charging is complete, the equipment is disconnected, the session is closed, and you receive a notification confirming your vehicle is ready.

A Better Charging Experience

ConciEnergy is designed to eliminate the inconvenience of traditional public charging—so you can spend less time waiting and more time doing what matters.

Built for Trust

Professional procedures, secure access and accountable service from arrival to completion.

Video-Recorded Service

Every service visit is video recorded using exterior cameras on the ConciEnergy service vehicle, covering arrival, connection, charging and departure. Recordings are stored locally for customer protection, service verification and incident review.

Controlled Access

For overnight and contactless service, you may grant ConciEnergy digital-key or vehicle-app authorization. Otherwise, we notify you upon arrival so you can remotely unlock the charge port. We never collect physical keys, drive or enter your vehicle, and access is limited to charging-related functions where supported.

Protected & Accurately Measured

Every charging session is continuously monitored and digitally logged, with protected connections, automated fault detection and shutdown safeguards. Energy delivery is accurately measured and digitally recorded under Measurement Canada’s Temporary Dispensation Program for transparent kilowatt-hour billing.

Each session receipt includes:

  • Total energy delivered
  • Start and completion times
  • Charging-session graph — showing the charge rate throughout the session
  • Safety interruptions or session faults, if any

Commercially Insured

ConciEnergy will operate with commercial insurance coverage designed to protect our service operations, customer vehicles, service vehicle and protected digital information.

  • Commercial General Liability — third-party injury and property-damage claims.
  • Garage Keepers Liability — customer vehicles in our care, custody or control.
  • Commercial Auto Insurance — the ConciEnergy service vehicle and its operation.
  • Cyber and Privacy Liability — customer information, digital access and privacy incidents.

Frequently Asked Questions

ConciEnergy is being designed to deliver up to approximately 80 kW. Actual charging power and session time depend on your vehicle, starting state of charge, battery temperature, charging curve and operating conditions.

The launch platform is planned to support compatible CCS1- and NACS-equipped electric vehicles. Vehicle compatibility will be confirmed before your session is accepted.

A standard booking delivers up to 40 kWh, and you can choose to receive less when scheduling. Larger session options may also be available depending on your membership or booking. Actual range added and final battery percentage depend on your vehicle’s efficiency, starting battery level, battery temperature, charging conditions and charging limits. Service is measured in kilowatt-hours rather than guaranteeing a specific range or final battery percentage.

ConciEnergy can serve legally parked and safely accessible vehicles at locations such as driveways, residential and condo parking areas, workplaces, gyms, airports and other locations within the GTA. A dedicated EV charging space is not required, but there must be safe access for the service vehicle and charging cable.

Some underground parking locations may be serviceable, including garages with approximately two metres of vehicle clearance. Final approval depends on the entrance and interior clearance, property rules, service-vehicle access and safe cable routing.

No. ConciEnergy never collects physical vehicle keys. For regular service, we can notify you upon arrival so you can remotely unlock the charge port. For eligible overnight or fully contactless service, you may authorize ConciEnergy through a digital key or vehicle-manufacturer app. We do not enter or drive your vehicle, and access is strictly limited to charging-related functions.

Yes. ConciEnergy will operate with commercial general liability, garage keepers liability, commercial auto, and cyber and privacy liability coverage.

On-demand and emergency charging may be available based on location, safe access and service availability. The vehicle must be legally and safely parked. ConciEnergy does not provide towing, roadside traffic control or service where the vehicle’s location creates an unsafe operating condition.
